We see a different Eli Manning this year.  He won't admit it though.  He says he's the same.  With the naked eye he may look the same, but he does have a Super Bowl MVP award.  And look at his efficiency numbers when you get a chance. Eli Manning says he's the same person today he was a year ago. But as much as the Giants quarterback looks, sounds and dresses just the way he did 12 months ago, there is no denying one huge change: the Super Bowl MVP award he has on his resume.  Look at how efficient he was this year.

I'm also excited because I'll be able to get an Eli Manning Pro Bowl Jersey. At least Roddy White made the list.  He sure has had one of those "breakout years".  I'm doubly excited because I had him on my fantasy team.

New York Giants fans, we have plenty to be thankful for. Our team is the reigning World Champions, they are currently 10-1, 24-5 over their last 29 games and 14-1 over the last 15! Way to go Giants! They sit pretty with a commanding three game lead in the best division in football where they are 3-0 heading into Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins. They are 6-0 in the NFC. They have the #1 scoring offense in the entire NFL while their defense ranks 3rd in points allowed.

Rookie safety Kenny Phillips will make his first NFL start tomorrow night, because James Butler (knee) is officially out. Butler tried to practice yesterday, but was unable to participate today.
